Stacey counsels clients on privacy issues, regulatory investigations involving privacy, unfair and deceptive practices, advertising disclosures, and fantasy sports matters. As a former Federal Trade Commission lawyer in the Division of Privacy and Identity Protection, Stacey regularly helps clients respond to FTC investigations pertaining to Section 5 of the FTC Act, the FTC’s endorsement and testimonial guidelines, and the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Stacey also helps clients implement sound security and privacy practices and provides compliance training to employees.
