The Mansfield Certification process, launched by Diversity Lab in 2017, is a year-long program that requires participating firms to consider a broad slate of candidates, including underrepresented lawyers, for leadership positions. The certification process has become a benchmark for law firms dedicated to creating a more diverse and inclusive environment.

ZwillGen is among over 365 law firms participating in this year’s certification cohort, which includes a mix of large and midsize firms across the U.S., Canada, and the UK. The firm will work closely with Diversity Lab to implement data-driven practices that promote transparency and accountability in advancing diverse talent within the firm.
As part of the 2024–25 cohort, ZwillGen will engage in various initiatives designed to promote best practices and knowledge sharing with other participating firms.
