Mr. Frankel has a wide range of experience advising clients on telecommunications, data privacy and cybersecurity, e-commerce, intellectual property, and litigation matters. His clients include domestic and international telecommunications providers, e-commerce providers, VoIP provid- ers, Internet service providers, online marketing companies, trade associations, Internet portals, social media companies, venture capitalists, entrepreneurs, and emerging and established tech- nology companies. He also has extensive experience with federal and state court civil litigation concerning consumer protection and privacy and marketing disputes, intercarrier compensation disputes between telecommunications providers, and represents clients before the FCC, FTC and state regulatory commissions, as well as in state and federal court proceedings and in multistate attorney general investigations.
