As Talent Acquisition Manager, Eric is responsible for overseeing all lateral attorney and administrative hiring across ZwillGen and its subsidiaries. He is also responsible for crafting the candidate and hiring manager experiences as well as managing the Talent Acquisition budget. Eric regularly collaborates with hiring managers and other Human Resources staff to identify and recommend salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other position-related details. Prior joining ZwillGen, Eric worked in Talent Acquisition roles throughout a range of industries including cybersecurity and aerospace.
