Bio

Sudhir specializes in complex civil litigation. He has substantial experience briefing motions and appeals in courts across the country, including in the U.S. Supreme Court, and counseling clients throughout the lifecycle of a case. In his broad practice, Sudhir has confronted novel issues of constitutional, class action, tort, privilege, and jurisdictional law.

Before joining ZwillGen, Sudhir was an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where he played a key role on a successful trial team in a landmark state enforcement action; represented sophisticated clients across diverse industries, including energy, financial services, and emerging technology; and maintained an active pro bono practice.

Sudhir graduated with honors from The University of Chicago Law School, where he was a member of The University of Chicago Law Review and a Kirkland & Ellis Scholar. Upon graduation, Sudhir served as a law clerk to the Honorable James B. Loken of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Sudhir graduated from Yale College with a BA in Ethics, Politics, and Economics. He then worked at Google, where he partnered with advertising agencies and companies to build digital marketing campaigns.

Outside of work, Sudhir enjoys studying Indian classical music, cooking, reading, and spending time in the great outdoors.
