The FTC published a Notice seeking comments on additional proposed changes to the existing Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) Rule. The FTC stated that it made the changes after reviewing comments filed in response to the COPPA Rule changes the FTC proposed last September. Comments are due on Monday, Sept. 10, 2012, and can be electronically submitted here.
